Located in Kergunyah, just west of Yackandandah, set against the backdrop of the Victorian High Country the area is renowned for its rural lifestyle. The house has been fully modernised, with a new fully appointed full size kitchen, bathroom, LED TVs and best of all every room has a view. It is fully air-conditioned with two whisper quiet air conditioners. The house has four bedrooms, sleeping two to eight people, plus two bathrooms whilst the additional cabin can sleep another two to four people and has its own ensuite. The property is large enough for everyone to have their own space - making it ideal for groups or families. The property is situated on a quiet laneway on five acres is and is surrounded by large acreage farmland - peace and privacy is guaranteed. There is plenty of entertainment for everyone, with an undercover barbecue area, stereo, books and DVD's to enjoy. Sweetwater Stays provide for families, with porta cot/high chair, toys, mountain bikes, ride on's for smaller children, board games - and plenty of outdoor room and shade for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Perhaps the kids would like to feed the properties miniature horse Princess, or Bluey & Mendholsen - the alpacas. Your pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The property is fenced and there is plenty of room for your pets to have a holiday as well. The quiet laneway is ideal for off-leash walking, or take a longer walk down to the Kiewa River.
