In 2004 a new era - the era of N@sh - had dawned, very much a more geographically flexible era. We secured the use, courtesy of Front Row Theatre, of the Hamilton Town Hall for our second play of 2004 - Medea. Several plays were, in fact, already in rehearsal during this unsettled period, the casts and crews of which were beginning to feel distinctly gypsy-like. Nash stormed back to Fortitude Valley after an agreement was made with the Trinity Anglican church
where we performed one our biggest (and oddest?) crowd pleasers of 2004 - a production of the Shakespeare classic A Midsummer Night\'s Dream. It couldn\'t compete, in crowd pleasing stakes, though, with our final production for 2004: Dan James\' "twist of lemon" take on Tarantino film Reservoir Dogs - an absolutely incredible effort from everyone involved.

All of which seems to mean our roving gamble is paying off: 2004 was, in fact, been a truly great year for N@sh - one in which we\'ve gone from place to place, and strength to strength, and back and forth to the pub. We\'ve made new friends, forged new "alliances", and broken new ground in all kinds of ways!

The art deco style Auditorium with mezzanine holds 1,500 standing or 700 seated patrons. The Tivoli Theatre is renown for its great warm sound and consistent production standard. The Tivoli staff endeavours to make our venue one of the highlights of your tour.

Displays are set out chronologically from early 1800s to the modern era, relating the history of Queenslanders\' service in the Queensland and Commonwealth Defence forces, both in times of peace and during war, and of the Allies of the Colony and Commonwealth in war.

The Jan Murphy Gallery celebrated its 15th year of operation in March 2010. In that period it has taken its place as a leading Brisbane gallery, dedicated to the exhibition and sale of contemporary art of the highest calibre. The Valley Markets are best known for their original, locally designed and made creations. The city's young and very talented designers use these markets as an outlet for their chic designs. The all-weekend event runs through both Brunswick Street and Chinatown Mall, offering over 70 stalls of new and second hand goods. The Valley Markets are a firm favourite for vintage and local designer apparel and much more. Chinatown's contribution reflects Asian kitsch, clothing and world religious icons. Massages are also for sale as well as the occasional fortune reading. The Embroiders' Guild Queensland has a love of the fine arts and especially that of embroidery, originating from ancient times. Whilst the Guild has kept the traditional forms of embroidery alive, it also embraces newer, exciting forms of stitching, and offers a wide range of classes for adults and children. These classes have been developed for skill levels from the beginner through to the accomplished embroiderer. The Guild is located in an historic masonic hall, owned by the Guild since 1984. It holds displays and an extensive collection of antique and modern needlework and over 1,000 catalogued books, videos and magazines on all facets of embroidery.
