The ground floor rumpus room includes another two single beds. Ducted air-conditioning throughout and a lounge/dining room with polished timber floors makes for easy comfortable living. There is a flat screen LCD television with Foxtel, DVD and compact disc players and a second and third television in loft and rumpus room. The Lorikeet Boutique Escape is a fully air-conditioned terrace, centrally located within Rafferty's Resort. It features two bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms. The property can sleep up to eight people and is situated right near number 25 if you need more space.
