Start your day at your own pace - up with the birds or sleep in until your body decides 'it's now time to move'. Then enjoy the gourmet breakfast hamper provided, full of seasonal local produce... mmm! Delicious.

Two options are available, firstly being the cider suites, which are designed as a romantic retreat for a couple, the suites have an intimate open-planned setting with expansive views across the valley to the distant mountain range. There are two cottages (?Chardonnay? and ?Truffles?) available with three bedrooms. Each have two bathrooms and an en suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen (breakfast provided ? cereal, milk, juice, tea/coffee making facilities), a fireplace in the lounge room and a lovely balcony on which meals or just reading the paper can be enjoyed. Serene countryside views, with kangaroos and colourful bird-life compliment the idyllic rural retreat.

Featuring a tea house, Canobolas Mountain Cabins offers self-catering accommodation with air conditioning. The cottages are located within a five minute drive of various wineries. The cottages all come with a patio or balcony and barbecue facilities. They also include a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Guests can use their private kitchen facilities or eat at the tea house, which serves breakfast, lunch and morning tea. Mt. Canobolas and Wentworth Golf Club are both a ten minute drive away. Canobolas Mountain Cabins is fifteen minutes? drive from central Orange, and a thirty minute drive from Orange Airport....

Bonny Glen Fruits are growers, packers and shippers of apples and cherries. The orchards are located at Nashdale and Towac Valley. The apple packhouse located on the 'Caernarvon' Orchard (Canoblas Road) operates five days per week from 7.30am until 4pm from March to November. The Cherry packhouse is at the same location operating from 7am till 6pm, seven days per week from December to early January. Bonny Glen fruit is sold into chain stores, wholesale markets and at the farm gate. They grow Fuji, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Pink Ladies, Kanzi, Royal Gala and Braeburn apples. Bonny Glen Fruits markets its fruit under the 'BiteRiot' brand. Ross Hill Wines is a family run and sustainable operation established in 1994 by Peter and Terri Robson, with son James and his wife Chrissy now taking over the reins. The Ross Hill Vineyards are planted in mature basalt soils, at a high altitude that carries through into the iconic wine range of whites including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, and the BIG red styles of Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy a trip in the country, drive down Wallace Lane and visit Ross Hill Wines' modern Winery facility and Cellar Door located in a converted old apple packing shed.
