The Sydney Morning Herald Sun Run takes place Saturday, 4 February, 2017. Forming part of the ultimate sporting weekend, this seven kilometre run takes runners around the spectacular views of Dee Why and Manly. The course weaves its way along the Northern beaches and is the perfect way to challenge yourself in the New Year! Whether you're an elite runner, jogger or walker, everyone is welcome! Starting at 6.30am, the Sun Run will begin at The Strand in Dee Why and finish on The Steyne at Manly Beach with all finishers receiving a commemorative medal. Run alone or with a group and join in raising funds for over 800 charities, including Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club. Runners, joggers, wheelchairs, pushers and walkers are all encouraged to take up the Sun Run challenge!...
