The Ruffy Artfest is a community celebration and provides an opportunity for local and visiting artists, sculptors and photographers to showcase and sell, their high quality art works of various mediums. As part of the Artfest, several beautiful, local gardens - are art forms in their own right - will also be open for inspection over the weekend and will most certainly inspire visitors to get creative in their own gardens. A scarecrow competition is a highlight of the Artfest with many families joining in the fun of creating their own individual scary creature.
