They are an outdoor recreational facility based on the edge of Lamington National Park, south west of Beaudesert, Scenic Rim. It's approximately 80 to 90 minutes to theme parks. Located on the banks of Christmas Creek, it's a place where you can explore, go bushwalking and enjoy the pristine waters of Christmas Creek. The centre has accommodation for 69 guests for minimum of one or two night stays, providing fully catered meals or self catering in their shared kitchen. This flippant comment was the catalyst for the now popular Art in the Olives Festival, which is held every Mother?s Day. The central activities are arts workshops conducted by experts which allow the general public to have an affordable artistic experience in a chosen discipline.
