Main Beach stretches for 38kms along the eastern side of the island. Camping is available in fifteen designated areas at the southern end of Main Beach, approximately 17km south of Point Lookout. There is big swell for surfing and excellent beach fishing. There are no facilities and access is by 4WDrive vehicle along the beach. Dogs are allowed, however they must be on a lead at all times. We allow 1 vehicle and 2 dogs per campsite. If you have more than 1 vehicle or more than 2 dogs please book more sites.

The EcoShacks feature large windows, fan cooling, and off-the-ground positioning to take advantage of the island breezes. The Quandamooka People's cultural considerations to land, seasons and wildlife, were integrated in the design concept and application. Environmental best practice technology is utilised for the treatment of water and sewerage to ensure a minimal environmental footprint, and landscaping use native species endemic to North Stradbroke Island. The main door features an inlaid design by local Quandamooka Artist Belinda Close. They face directly onto the beachfront, taking advantage of the magnificent sunsets over Moreton Bay. Amity Point Campground has a family friendly interpretive walk, with signposted points of interest providing information on the area's rich Aboriginal history, as well as featuring ancient Aboriginal stories. The interpretive walk lets guests immerse themselves in the living cultural landscape of Minjerribah, and learn about the Quandamooka people's connection to the land - dating back tens of thousands of years.

"Green Trees" has just been beautifully renovated and made available as a holiday rental for the first time and suits a large family or perhaps two families. Located right at Point Lookout, the three level beach house features a large "Queenslander" style wrap round verandah together with an easily accessible top floor deck boasting a magnificent easterly ocean view. Two Queens bedrooms and one single on the upper level, and up to six singles on the lower level. Middle level features polished floor boards, granite bench top kitchen with new electrical appliances and lounge room furniture. Two separate living areas, Foxtel IQ in both as well as a 50 inch high definition television. The house is pet friendly and has a small secure fenced area.
