The cemetery holds the graves of 250 German civilian internees and Prisoners of War who died in Australia during the World Wars. The remains of each individual were brought from cemeteries across Australia to be interred in one final resting place. Every grave is marked by a bronze plaque with the deceased's name and date of death. The iron cross signifies the grave of a prisoner-of-war and the Latin cross that of a civilian internee....

Cussen Park is a bushland style park encompassing 33 hectares of wetlands, woodlands and open space on the Northern outskirts of the town of Tatura. The land which forms Cussen Park is surrounded by industrial, residential and irrigated farm land. Cussen Park features constructed wetlands, bird hides, observation decks and well developed paths and signs allowing people to closely observe many bird species otherwise not possible....

The Robert Mactier statue is situated in the VC Memorial Garden in Hogan Street in Tatura and was unveiled in October 2014.
