The Mini Golf is themed around all the activities you can do in the Mansfield Region and is positioned directly below our pool.

When you enter the course you are up in the Mountain Cattlemen\\'s country entering via a cattleman\\'s hut.

You go across the head of the Howqua River and drop down to an area where you can play checkers on a paved area.

You go over the Howqua Bridge and your in Mountain bike country where you can stop and have a picnic or BBQ.

To enter the next area you go via the snow chalet and can rest on seats made from snow boards .

You leave the snow fields and climb a flight of stairs to walk a catwalk over a small lake full of gold fish - takes you to the rivers and lakes area - the fishing hole.

The Mount Lofty Botanic Garden overlooking the Piccadilly Valley features displays of cool temperate plants, which thrive on the eastern slopes of Mount Lofty. Spring and autumn in the Garden are both magnificent, with stunning mass displays of magnolias, rhododendrons, camellias and roses adding a splash of colour to the gardens. The sweet scented ATCO Heritage Rose Garden, featuring both modern and old-fashioned roses is particularly popular. Several picturesque walking trails take you up and down the gardens seven valleys, including the Fern Gully - home to one of the richest collections of ferns in Australia. The Bank SA Nature Trail is wonderful at all times of the year allowing visitors to experience the diversity of original plants in the Garden. A very small winery in the European mould established in 1982. The fine elegant wines, plus bigger bodied wines made for the second label, Galah, are available for tasting at the friendly and bucolic cellar door where the winemaker is often in attendance. Ashton Hills Vineyard lies just below the summit of Mount Lofty on a ridge top overlooking the Piccadilly Valley. The wines reflect the regions cool and humid climate and have fine flavours with a lingering finish. The cellar door opened in 1991. Specialising in dry white and red table wines and sparkling wines. Grapes grown include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling.

You are invited to experience South Australian history on a tour of St George's Church and Cemetery. Built on land given by Captain John Finlay Duff, it is unique in architecture, constructed on Kentish Masonry lines in 1848. St George's was the first Church of England to be consecrated in the colony by Augustus Short first Bishop of Adelaide and sadly, his baby daughter was the first burial in the churchyard two weeks after. Walking through the cemetery your tour guide will unfold the lives of South Australian pioneers and devout members of the parish such as Dr Christopher Rawson and Mary Penfold, founder of Penfold Winery, Frederick George Waterhouse, explorer and first curator of the South Australian Museum, Sir George Murray, Chief Justice, Chancellor of the Adelaide University and Lieutenant Governor of South Australia. Manyara Vineyard is a small family vineyard located in Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills where the extended Lipman family concentrate on growing grapes of the highest quality. The vines are lovingly tended and carefully managed through hand pruning, shoot and bunch thinning to produce premium wines with distinctive fruit character. Wines available include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and the Manyara red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The 2011 Pinot Noir will be available early in 2012.

Barratt Wines, acclaimed for its award-winning specialty Pinot Noir, is a family-owned and operated winery located in the Piccadilly Valley; a premium grape-growing region of South Australia's Adelaide Hills. It sources grapes from two small vineyards (Uley and Bonython), to produce quality wines handcrafted to exacting standards. Adelaide Hills is very typically cool climate: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot are the varieties to flourish in this subregion.

Find handwoven textiles and tapestries produced on eight large looms are found at The Oakbank Weaver in the old cellars of Pike's historic Brewery. The weavers, Peter Stapleton and Mary Cassini, create their own patterns, which are fascinating to see emerging on the looms. The finished tapestries and textiles ranging from throw rugs to suit fabrics, upholstery, stoles and scarves can be purchased in the gallery located under the 1889 stone brew tower. Commissions are welcomed. The building is listed as a fine industrial example of Victorian architecture on the State Heritage Register. Entry is free for individuals. Pepper Street Arts Centre is a lively arts environment supporting creative endeavour and excellence, promoting arts appreciation and education, and providing for social engagement across the artistic and wider community. Formerly the Magill School, the Pepper Street Arts Centre is part of the City of Burnside's cultural program. The Centre offers: Exhibitions held monthly; Gift Shop offering high quality work from South Australian artists and crafts workers; Art Classes in the June Colligan Artist's Studio; The Pepper Club - become a member of Pepper Street Arts Centre and receive a wide range of benefits! Pepper News is available from the Centre and other council venues for bimonthly information about all Pepper Street programs. The centre also has Dorrit's Coffee Shop; A Weaver-In-Residence; and art books and magazines for loan. We have an active group of volunteers who assist in the day to day duties of Pepper Street Arts Centre during open hours. The Tumbeela setting, featured in ABC television's Gardening Australia, is idyllic, nestled quietly in the Adelaide Hills south of Mount Lofty and five minutes from Hahndorf. Full tours are available for 6-20 people and small picking parties are welcome. Group tours by arrangement, organise your own party and arrange a time to visit, seniors, social clubs, chefs and educational groups - all welcome.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy this beautifully presented nine-hole golf course located just off the main Onkaparinga Road at Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills. Our club has a membership of close to 270 and we provide a program of organised competitions and social functions. Casual players can hire all the necessary equipment if required. The clubhouse has bar facilities and offers group catering. The course is ideal for the recreational golfer: it is a comfortable 30 minute drive from Adelaide, is easily traversed, has no bunkers and is irrigated throughout the summer. There are nine holes and the men's par is 68, with a course length of 5315 metres; for women, the par is 72 and the course length, 5176 metres. Please note a dress code applies.

Shaw and Smith Winery are situated on 46 hectares on Jones Road between Balhannah and Hahndorf and overlooks a four hectare dam with stunning views of the Mount Lofty Ranges. The winery, built for the 2000 vintage is a contemporary design and houses Shaw and Smith's production, marketing and administration. You are encouraged to purchase a tasting flight of four different wines from the Shaw and Smith range complemented by a specially chosen cheese plate at a cost of AUD15.00 per person. Each tasting flight comes with its own tasting mat allowing you to learn the secrets of the wine while you sip away on the terrace or in the cooler months, on the lounge by the fire. Wines are also available by the glass from AUD6.00 or by the bottle.

Tourism Adelaide - The Flavours of Campbelltown Food Trail is an accessible food trail within metropolitan Adelaide that provides unique, flavoursome food with strong cultural backgrounds. The only Food Trail of its type in South Australia all within five minutes of Adelaide city and 20 minutes from the airport. You can enjoy the walk at any time, which may take up to an hour to complete. Founded in 1840 by James Johnston of Campbelltown, Scotland, Oakbank was named after an area near Glasgow. James and his brother established their Oakbank Brewery in 1843. The original building is on the bank of the Onkaparinga River and you can buy wines and soft drinks there. See the Oakbank Racecourse, established in 1874 where thousands of people still come each year for the Easter Racing Carnival and Pike's historic Brewery founded by Henry Pike in 1886, see the heritage-listed brew tower and workshops now home to the Oakbank Weaver.

Several of the lines we stock are not available anywhere else in Australia. We are situated in the arcade off the main street directly opposite the cafe. Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard is 20 kilometres due east of Adelaide city as the crow flies. Vineyard establishment commenced in 1992 and is owned, developed and operated by Alan Herath and Jan Reed. The small Vineyard is hand nurtured, picked and pruned with wine complexity and style starting in the vineyard based on a wide variety of selected grape types, soils and slopes.

Disabled car parking is available three metres from the cellar door and there are no steps from the car park to cellar door. Closed June and July, except by appointment.

The boutique Arranmore Vineyard is situated on Rangeview Road, Carey Gully in the heart of South Australia's picturesque Adelaide Hills super-premium wine region. We have three central varieties: Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. All our wines are made using traditional hands-on techniques in our tiny manual winery and we have a cellar door area for tastings.

The five acre vineyard is on a high easterly slope. The altitude varies from 1,790 to 1,870 feet above sea level; only about 500 feet lower than Mount Lofty Summit. The views from the vineyard are magnificent, extending in the east over the Onkaparinga Valley to the summit of Mount Barker.
