Inglewood Eucalyptus Distillery site offers a tourist attraction set on the site of the historic Jones Eucalyptus Distillery. This is a unique interactive experience that highlights the importance of the eucalyptus industry to the district. There is a tribute to Eucalyptus Polybractea, the "blue eucy", and an exploration of the history and archaeology of how eucalyptus was and is now distilled. The site highlights the ingenuity of the distillers, the hard work of the "eucy" cutters and of the social and economic impact of the industry. Located on the northern side of Inglewood, the museum is some 50 kilometres west of Bendigo and two hours from the centre of Melbourne. The new Museum was opened in July 2011. Eucalyptus Distillery Museum is open on the weekends, with toilets on site as well as a car park, a kiosk and a gift shop that sells eucalyptus oil. The museum has an increasing collection of eucalyptus history, art works and working model distillery. This is an ideal day trip, located in the historic gold township of Inglewood, which now features an increasing range of antiques and collectables. Located on the Cunningham Highway on the eastern end of the township of Inglewood, and adjacent to the Macintyre Brook, the Inglewood Apex-Lions Park is a lovely place to break your journey and relax. You can enjoy a barbecue using the free gas barbecues provided in a lovely atmosphere with shady trees, picnic tables and shelter sheds. Exercise stations, a skate park and children's playground are also available. You can also enjoy a stroll along the Olive Walkway where you can read the plaques located at various intervals on the side of the path. These plaques recall interesting historical happenings and events in the area. There is also a monument erected in memory of Alan Cunningham who crossed and named the Macintyre Brook on 30 May 1827. You will leave with vivid images of their past. Visitors are welcomed at the Driver Reviver station which operates in the park in peak travelling times. A dump point for caravans is also located at the park.

At Coolmunda Dam you can enjoy lots of activities including skiing, sailing, canoeing, bird watching and fishing. Fish species in the dam include Golden Perch, Murray Cod, Silver Perch and Spangled Perch. Fishing permits are available from nearby service stations. Relax under the beautiful shady trees in the picnic area with views out over the water. Pelicans are sometimes seen gliding across the surface of the dam. Other facilities include a boat ramp and wood barbecues (wood is provided). Lake Coolmunda Caravan Park overlooks Coolmunda Dam and has cabins and camping sites available, including some sites along the waterfront.
