Established in 1961, Savoyards is Brisbane's longest continuously running community based musical theatre company, producing two large scale musicals each year.  Based in Brisbane's bayside, we are a nonprofit group, managed by a dedicated group of volunteers and supporters.

Savoyards is committed to helping performers of all ages develop their skills through engagement with professional directors, musical directors and choreographers as well as workshops with professional training organisations, such as the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA).

Cat-o'-Nine Tails Cruises have been operating educational and historical tours to St Helena Island since 1982. Our modern 17 metre catamaran, Cat-O'-Nine-Tails, takes only 30 minutes to reach the Island from Brisbane's bayside suburb of Manly.

Tours to the Island operate all year long and we offer Day tours or Night 'Secrets of St Helena' conducted by members of the St Helena Theatre Troupe.

These tours won the prestigious Queensland Tourism Award for Heritage and Cultural Tourism in 1998.

An elevated walkway winding through the forest, the Wynnum North Mangrove Circuit enables visitors to observe at close hand the plants and animals of the mangroves. There is seating along the way, and a vantage point located at the seaward end of the boardwalk provides sweeping views of Moreton Bay and some of its islands. To find it: follow Wynnum Road, past the intersection of Tingal Road onto Glenora Street. Turn left into Granada Street and follow the road to the signposted entrance in Elanora Park....

Wynnum is a lively, family-friendly suburb on Brisbane's southern coastline.
