Having cooked in Italy and also travelled the country to meet many of the country's finest chef's, it's a pleasure to share with you some of the finest dishes that are a mixture of traditional Italian, nouveau Italian, classic European and which also includes the best from Australia using our world class produce and flavours.

Our aim is to serve inexpensive high quality food in a uniquely designed atmosphere.

That means:

    We’re never sure if anyone’s going to show up – so we wait until you do and then cook fresh to order on our premises.
    Large numbers confuse our staff – so we keep prices as low as possible e.g. $10 All You Can Eat Chilli Tuesdays.
    We couldn’t afford paint, so we found stuff in our shed (or stole it from someone else’s) and stuck it on the walls.

Over the years, many have assumed that this was some kind of “formula” and tried to copy it without success. So, it appears we outsmarted, or maybe that should be out-dumbed them without even trying. I guess that’s what you get when you hold staff brainstorming sessions during happy hour!
