Caroline Springs RSL

1312-1322 Caroline Springs Drive, Caroline Springs VIC 3023
The Caroline Springs Returned Services League RSL Sub-branch opened their doors on Friday at The Club in Caroline Springs. The Federal Member for Gorton, Brendan O’Connor MP, spoke at the opening at The Club in Caroline Springs, saying that it is exciting to see the RSL expanding and bringing its good work to the Caroline Springs Community.

The RSL Membership has grown signinicantly since the official opening in early 2014 and our membership is now just over 200. The local Caroline Springs community and surrounding areas have a number of DVA clients both accessing and not accessing their full entitlements. The Burnside Retirement village has a number of DVA clients in their village and are also members of the RSL. Another important fact is the number of younger current and former serving ADF members moving into this vibrant area. The area also has both very active Police and Fire Services personnel that may also benefit from seeking support from the RSL.

The RSL is currently in partnership with The Club in Caroline Springs, which provides an office, access to the function room and free internet and telephone.

The Club is also providing RSL members with discounts on meals and drinks through The Club membership.

Vision

Caroline Springs RSL be recognised as the leading Sub-Branch with educating our younger citizens with an awareness and understanding of some significant ceremonies associated with our wartime heritage and to provide support for both our current and former serving AFD members and their dependants.

Mission

To support the wellbeing and betterment of our members, former and serving members of the ADF and their dependents with the provision of welfare and commemorative services and to the worthy needs of the broader local community.
