At Fasta Pasta, we’re fanatical about fresh pasta – and have been since 1984.

In all those years, we’ve only ever used the finest quality durum wheat and eggs, which give our pasta its distinctive soft texture and tenderness. This allows our pasta to absorb the full flavour of our delicious sauces and other ingredients – qualities that dried pasta can’t quite provide..

Brents Restaurant sits in a unremarkable old shop at the bottom of an impossibly steep road in Toowong, in the city's inner west.

Brent Farrell spent months searching for the perfect location for the restaurant and jumped at the chance to open the restaurant at 85 Miskin St, Toowong. A complete refit of the kitchen and extensive restoration of the entire building followed, giving Brents a fresh new look. Our dining rooms provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, with warm colours and natural wood fittings and furnishings.

Brents is available for functions of up to 54 guests, and has 3 private dining rooms, which can accommodate 8 and 16 guests respectively. Brents also offers a degustation menu and a list of specials that change daily.

The Thai Food served at Jai Thai Restaurant is the combination of Thailand’s beautiful arts and culture carefully always prepared and served with heart.

Sizzler introduced the first Soup, Salad, Pasta, Fresh Fruit and Dessert Bar concept. Since those pioneering days, we have expanded our ‘classic grill’ to include, not only steak and seafood, but also delicious chicken dishes, BBQ ribs, combination meals, and burgers.

We opened our first restaurant in 1994 and have loved every minute of the wonderful atmosphere that we've created and meeting great people... Being able to share our love of Indian and Sri Lankan food is what it's all about!
