This year we will delve more deeply into exploring the theme of water… Water is life! Water connects us all: our past, present and future. Fluid, flexible and adaptable, water speaks to us of diffusion, union and transformation. Alice Springs’ primary water source runs deep below the surface – a series of connecting aquifers that hold water that’s more than a million years old. Unbroken Land 2020 will explore the value of this resources and together we will source the cultural traditions of the region to give expression to the physical and spiritual need for water in this arid zone....
