The New Norcia Hotel has been welcoming guests since it was opened by the Benedictine monks in 1927. Still owned by the monks, the Hotel is a practical expression of their tradition of hospitality that has offered rest to weary travelers for centuries. Rick and Joanna Ryan and their team welcome visitors and overnight guests to enjoy a slice of Spain in the Australian bush.
