This great old pub can safely claim the title of "oldest Pub In Australia" (mainland that is). Built in 1815 by Richard Fitzgerald; whilst under instruction by Governor Lauchlan Macquarie. Macquarie discovered and settled the Hawkesbury region as the third oldest settlement in Australia behind Botany Bay and Parramatta.

The Flying Horse Bar and Brewery opened in July 2008. The site was previously a service station and caravan park named "The Flying Horse Inn". The Flying Horse component was linked to the red pegusus horse which was and still is the mobil logo. The group decided to keep the "The Flying Horse" branding as locals had known the site as such for some 65 Years.

The Flying Horse Bar and Brewery is a unique venue. It caters for varying clientel as expressed throughout the website. The aim of the business is to service local customers and tourist alike with a unique and rewarding hospitality experience. The venue ceased brewing on premise in February 2012. It continues to offer it's 2 signature and awarded brews, Whale Ale & Dirty Angel as well as other commercial offerings on tap.

Tucked away at the start of Chapel St, Mothersmilk invites you in with it's deep leather couches, fantastic cocktail list and on a cold night, it's blazing fire. You can melt into the sofas and knock back a couple of vodkas or a few Asahi's. Venture out the back and you will discover the Open Air Deck Bar where it's still ok to smoke. The deck is usable in all weather, Dry & well heated, perfect for groups of up to 60.

The Railway Hotel is an unique venue in Melbourne offering a range of hospitality options, including one of the only 24 hour bottle shops in the country. The hotel has a number of function spaces that cater for any event. Our opulent bar setting with an outdoor deck has outstanding city views.

The Fitzroy Hotel was first established in 1853 and holds the longest continuing licence in the Hawkesbury.
The licence is held by Rebecca Perry & Troy Mifsud who started operations in early 2005.
With stage 1 complete and stage 2 now underway in renovations, The Fitzroy Hotel is fast becoming the No. 1 venue in The Hawkesbury region.

 Biviano’s is an Italian and Seafood Restaurant located in the heart of Windsor NSW in an (1840) heritage building, which was first erected as a merchants cottage and is believed, for most of the buildings later life, was used as a doctors house.

Anthony Biviano has been cooking full time since the age of 16, coming from a strong family background in the restaurant industry.

Kylie and Anthony met while Kylie undertook her chefs’ apprenticeship working for Anthony’s father at his restaurant in western Sydney.

In 2004, Anthony and Kylie together, undertook the huge task of refurbishing the old historical building and turning it into the very successful restaurant and business it is today.
