Offering impressive views across the Blackwood Valley, Shambhala Guesthouse is set on 11 acres of beautiful countryside. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast daily. Bridgetown Jarrah Park provides an excellent opportunity to walk amongst the giant trees and admire their magnificent size and beauty. Choose from one of three trails taking between twenty minute and two hours to complete. Witness native animals such as kangaroos and emus along the trail and watch the bird life that has made these giants their home. Relax at the end of your walk and enjoy the picnic facilities at the entrance to the park. If your visit brings you to the park between August and October you will be rewarded with a spectacular display of colour when the wildflowers cover the ground. Ford House is set in exquisite gardens in Bridgetown. Less than three hours from Perth, yet in the centre of the South West, close to Margaret River, Augusta, Pemberton and Walpole. Bridgetown Riverside Chalets is located approximately 267 kilometres south of Perth, Western Australia amongst the hills on the picturesque banks of the Blackwood River on an historic 1,000 acre working farm. With seven kilometres of river frontage, an abundance of bird life and the rolling hills, the views are second to none. If you like setting your own guidelines for relaxation, Pamela's Retreat in Bridgetown is the place for you. Guests can participate in yoga and meditation sessions, or simply relax and reflect. The retreat is nestled in a rural setting with a lake and river close by. Guests can take a walk or swim if they desire. Meals can be provided if requested prior to arrival. Cooking facilities are available if you choose to take the self-contained flat. Pamela has run the retreat for 10 years, but has been practising yoga for 26 years, massage and reflexology for 18 years, all of which she offers to her guests. There is no structure, the guests, general mix of ages and occupations, including many overseas visitors, choose their own activities. In winter they enjoy the open log fire. Three hours south of Perth, Bridgetown boasts some of the prettiest countryside in the South West. Pamela's Retreat is situated two and a half kilometres from Bridgetown on 20 acres of land near Balingup, Manjimup and Pemberton. Pamela grows her own vegetables and fruit, all organic, makes them into jams, preserves or bottled fruit which may be purchased....

Glenlynn Cottages and Farmstay offer everything for a romantic getaway or fun family rural holiday! The cottages overlook a lake filled with marron and trout, offering a quiet, safe environment amongst rolling hills with magnificent scenery. There are walking trails through the forest which backs onto the property where you will usually see kangaroos and rabbits and even wildflowers during springtime! Wander the vineyard and olive grove, enjoy bushwalks and look and listen to the abundant birdlife. Nearby are galleries, eateries and heritage buildings.
