Greg and Gill's Place offers home-away-from-home accommodation in the historic town of Evandale, Northern Tasmania.
The cottage sits in the gardens of one of Evandale's oldest homes, providing a peaceful, private hideaway. It is divided into two fully self-contained flats. One is suitable for three guests and the other accommodates up to six. The cottage is separated from the old house (built in 1826) by a noble elm tree and there is a lovely rural outlook across fields to the Great Western Tiers mountain range. The breakfast provisions are special - fresh free range eggs and bacon, home cooked bread and biscuits as well as home-bottled fruit and jams.
The famous Evandale Market is conducted in the adjoining property and the antique shops, galleries, and cafes are close by. Evandale is a short 15-minute drive from Launceston (20 km)....
