The cottage has two queen size bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with gourmet mini bar, breakfast provisions, Nespresso coffee pod machine and gourmet pre-prepared meals on hand. The study is well stocked with books, DVDs and games. You will enjoy relaxing by the wood fire or out on the lawn at the end of the day with a glass of our best local East Coast wine. The Storekeeper's is the perfect base to go behind the scenery and discover some of the East Coast's hidden treasures. Visit our family's working farm, operating since the 1840s, take one of many local short walks including the Convict Road to the Paradise Probation Station ruins, discover the intriguing story behind the historic Buckland Church or simply enjoy a beer at the local pub and get to know some of the characters.

Brockley Estate offers spacious colonial homestead accommodation in Buckland, on Tasmania's East Coast. Brockley Estate is beautifully situated on a 10,000 acre private estate, and is conveniently placed to access attractions on the East Coast, Freycinet, The Midlands and Tasman Peninsula. Brockley Estate offers five bedrooms, and each of the rooms are unique and have their own character. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated with period antiques and furnishings. Relax in the luxurious drawing room, the conservatory or the dining room, or grab a book from our collection of Australian literature in the library. All downstairs rooms and bedrooms have open fires. Enjoy a unique experience and share a table of authentic Spanish cuisine. There is an honesty bar, stocked wine cellar and kitchen available. Brockley Estate was built in 1840 on the convict-built coach road to Orford. Now disused, guests can explore any part of the road that runs beside the River Prosser to Paradise Gorge. Maria island National Park and local vineyards are close by. Out of earshot of any traffic, you are surrounded by pure air, beautiful scenery and native animals. The Farm Pod is located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead with its own private garden and outdoor area featuring one of our trademark fire pots. Ideal for couples and solo adventurers. The Farm Pod is perfect as a romantic country getaway. A contemporary and modern space with some retro touches, the Farm Pod has a fully self-contained kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and funky lounge dining area that opens onto the front deck for enjoying the morning sun and views of Twamley Farm. Our fully equipped luxury Bell Tent is available as an additional option when staying in the Farm Pod - accommodating an additional two guests in a double bed. The Farm Pod offers a well stocked gourmet mini bar, full breakfast provisions, Nespresso coffee pod machine and gourmet pre-prepared meals on hand. You will enjoy relaxing by the outdoor fire pot with a glass of our local East Coast pinot noir or getting out in the country air, exploring the farm and surrounding bushland.
