It is perfectly positioned in a quiet street, close to the Goolwa township and with fabulous access to the river. Facilities include three televisions and two DVDs, reverse cycle air conditioning, a microwave, washing machine, dryer, gas barbecue, double garage, double carport parking, private jetty and ramp. 34 Janz Avenue sleeps up to eight over five bedrooms. Upstairs two bedrooms each have queen beds. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and two others each have a single bed. There are lounge areas upstairs and down....
