Granny Flat on Surfers Beach offers a king single bed, in a self-contained granny flat with refrigerator, kettle, shower, microwave, cooking burner, and a large back yard. It is peaceful and tranquil. This beautiful home is one of the prettiest in Emerald Beach. Emerald Beach is one of New South Wales' best kept secrets. Emerald has three beaches all within a five to 10 minute walk from the property. The beaches are a surfers paradise and there are good beach swimming areas also. The village has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday including local fish and chip shop open seven days, bottle shop, award winning Salt Water restaurant which overlooks the main beach and has live acoustic music on Sunday afternoons, a Mexican restaurant, pizza and pasta shop, and a hair dresser.
