MOTELS MUNDOO ISLAND

Mundoo Island Station is a working cattle and sheep station which allows small groups of campers onto Mundoo and Ewe Islands. Activities that can be enjoyed are fishing, kayaking, boating and swimming in the Coorong. You can also go bird watching, enjoy coastal walks, cycling and a tour of Mundoo Island Station. Camper trailers and caravans are welcome. No facilities are provided therefore all campers must be totally self-contained and some camp sites require four wheel drive to access. Entry and camping fees apply. Boating access in the Coorong is available at some camp sites ? launch sites are unmade. Our camp sites only suit those who wish to set up camp and not drive anywhere for the duration, due to access restrictions crossing the barrages on and off Mundoo and Ewe Islands. Please note that porta pottis are essential as you are not permitted to dig holes for toilet purposes. The sites are in paddocks and therefore the grass during summer is dry and may be prickly under foot. Wind shelters are at four of our camp sites: Grannie?s Hill, Old Stock Fence, Annie?s and All Alone. A minimum camping fee of AUD100.00 applies due to the access restrictions....
