The property has a television with DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning (split) and a well equipped kitchen. Weber Q barbecue, front load washing machine and outdoor seating/dining provided. There is a shaded pergola at rear and deck at front. This property is within walking distance to a white sandy beach across the main road and 10 minutes' walk to the Port Broughton main street. Originally the Port Broughton School, the Heritage Centre was opened in 1993. The Heritage Centre was designed to display the recordings of the past for the benefit of future generations.
