One of the jewels of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, loutus is a sophisticated, award-winning bistro and cocktail bar with a well deserved reputaions for outstanding service. Loacted in leafy Potts Point, Lotus has been hugely popular with discerning locals and visitors alike.

Inspired by the hedonistic eat-drink-dance venues of cities such as New York and Ibiza, Favela rose from the rubble of a disused building in Potts Point. Favela means 'slum' in Portuguese, but interior designer Anna Dinapoli's decor takes its cues from the more luxurious side of life, with plush white banquettes, mood lighting and candles in tiny cubby-holes running the length of the wall.

The atmosphere of the 10 William Street wine bar was described in Gourmet Traveller as feeling like “you’ve just stepped into a party you’re not sure you’re invited to, but definitely want to join”. The boys from Fratelli Paradiso have combined their wine romance with traditional Italian flavours such as the salt brisket panino which honours the corned beef sandwiches enjoyed across the little country. The wine list feels like a love letter to their undying dedication with beautiful drops from around the world. Come for the traditional food and the cool vibe.

Inspired by the intimate, neighbourhood venues of downtown New York and Berlin, Bootleg Bar and Italian Food is a low-lit space with an honest, seasonal Italian menu, a nice little wine list and beer on tap – all served until late.

Blurring the line between bar and restaurant, Bootleg was conceived around the belief that uncompromised food and service should be available in a friendly, intimate environment, without pretense and until late in the evening.

n 1991, Angelo came to a crossroads in his life. Born in Citta Sant Angelo, Pescara, Abruzzo on the Adriatic side of Italy, Angelo always had a passion for food.
After an illustrious career that spanned from The Montreaux Palace in Switzerland to The Ritz Hotel in London, Angelo wasn’t sure whether he
should move back to Italy or explore The Oceania with his wife. Adventure called – and they decided to explore the Oceania,
