The Village Hotel is located on the fringe of the CBD on the corner of Liverpool & Palmer St in Darlinghurst. The Village is a boutique pub with a gastro restaurant 1st floor, cocktail lounge 2nd floor and our roof top top floor.

Apart from being a popular public bar & restaurant the village is also one of Sydney's most sought after function venues hosting over 500 private functions per year. From a small drinks gathering to a large corporate function for 500, the east village has a room to cater to every demand.

The Village Hotel offers 4 floors of quality function space each with its own bar, sweeping city views, ottoman lounges, polished floorboards & stereo sound.

The Village has a very strong artistic flavour and comes alive with a variety of weekly events including live music, theatre, comedy and dance classes. Introducing our new summer jazz sessions with "The Wax", more up and coming comedy, theatre and plenty of other events throughout the rest of the year.

The Lord Roberts Hotel is nestled comfortably in Stanley Street's Little Italy, and boasts one of the best rooftop beer gardens in the area. A fantastic mix of professionals, tourists and locals young and old call our friendly pub home, resulting in a laid-back, fun and friendly atmosphere.

Inside you'll find three bars (including cocktail bar), great food, restaurant, bottleshop, TAB & gaming facilities, and function space/s: no hire or minimum spend. Whatever you fancy, The Lord Roberts has it covered.

In lieu of 2016’s Chinese New Year - one belonging to the quick witted, intelligent, and mischievous monkey - we can think of no better people to write these words for, than the ones who continue to support us as the years pass by. They are those who fill our hearts with an irrefutable sense of value and warmth. Who are they? Quite simply you. Our diners.

We are writing this letter of thanks for nothing less than everything you bring. Thank you for supporting and giving us purpose throughout the past few days of celebrations. You are the fire to our kettle, pots and pans. The reasons we keep striving to bring our very best. What’s more is we thank you for allowing us an opportunity to share and experience with you all the joy and beauty that has exploded through our walls of culinary delight. As Blue Angel becomes older, it could be said we also become younger. With that, we can't wait to discover and reveal more exciting developments throughout the year ahead!

We look forward to 2017’s year of the Rooster - one that both owner “Marcello Marcobello” and son “Mason Marcobello” will be able to celebrate as a shared Chinese zodiac! Until then we welcome you all to come down and relive memories, or create new ones! Happy New Year!
