Whilst having the original location, a rear lane off the beaten track The Stables conjures a sense and feel of seclusion yet having a New York meat packing district buzz and humble elegance. The Stables is a place where everyone can truly gather best to have a business lunch or relax with friends and families whilst enjoying a drink, snack or a degustation. We are here to serve you. Inspired by our beautiful sandstone building and history, The Stables is a neighborhood restaurant and bar in Paddington open for lunch, dinner and drinks from Tuesday to Sunday serving wholesome, tasty and enjoyable food. Our menu has a classic feel with a focus on the very best that’s coming from the sea and land at the time. Chef Thomas Saville along with creative foodie and owner Emmanuelle is all about fresh and wholesome flavors inspired by the sea and land which has influenced their common passion for food and the result is in the menu. As such, our team is always mixing things up and getting creative with local ingredients, while keeping a few favorites on the menu all year round. As for our bar, we focus on micro-producers who create great wines and craft beer. Our beer guru and owner Darren has nurtured a long-standing relationship with all our breweries and is able to deliver some great sesionable and tasty beer for our patrons to enjoy. Our winemakers work closely with the owners to bring some great pairing to the table. Our cocktail creations are brought to you by our very own master mixologist and co-owner Patrik who has the creative flair of combining florals and botanicals to create original and classic cocktails.
