Established in 1974 as a single enclosed mall, Broadmeadows Shopping Centre has grown to become approximately 61,120 sq.m in size, housing over 200 specialty stores. Broadmeadows Shopping Centre has a full length glass atrium roof over the malls and foodcourt, which provides an abundance of natural lighting and a pleasant shopping environment. Scaling between the height of the glass ceilings and the width of the malls gives the Centre a feeling of even space and excellent synergy. A broad range of fresh food, entertainment and apparel at different price points is available, catering to a wide market.

The new youth & entertainment precinct opened it's doors on the 4th of August 2006. We have eagerly awaited the transformation of the development site into a new and exciting shopping and entertainment hub. The Meadows Racing Conference and Events Centre has a reputation for providing first class racing and hospitality. It is home to nine Group One greyhound races including the Australian Cup, Hume Cup and the best invitational greyhound race in the world - The Topgun. Racing every Wednesday (afternoon) and Saturday (night), with premium level one dining available on Saturday evenings. Enjoy dinner in the Temlee Dining Room. Each week Meadows' chef prepares an amazing buffet which is sure to enjoyed by all that attend.
